Preparing the exam timetable and get approval from the Head of the Institution, and circulate the same to the faculties & students.

Preparing the Invigilator list for all the examinations, Execute the seating arrangement for students during examination.

Maintaining the registers for internal marks and recording the details of exam hall/ subject/SEM/ date/time/ the invigilator who has received the Question paper/submitted the answer scripts etc.

Planning and executing the schedule and budget for University Practical Semester End Examination.
