Placement Cum Career Guidance Bureou or Cell
	The college has a well established placement cum – career guidance cell under the inchar-geship of one senior Faculty member. It is well connected to a good number of prime institu-tions, Research organi-zations R&D Departments and Pharma-ceutical Industries spread all over the country. Some glimpses of success in this regard are:

50% of the outgoing students are placed as Pharmacists abroad.
25% are persuing Post Graduation and some have entered Ph.D. Programs
15% are working at Pharma Marketing side.
10% are working as Faculty, in various pharmacy institutes.

The college has also sponsored three lecturers for the Ph.D. under the AICTE QIP program and two of them have rejoined the institution in their respective departments having completed the work: one of them has been already awarded with the Ph.D. degree, in Pharmacology branch. Yet another has done his research on the part-time base and received his Ph.D. degree. It also sponsored four of its D.Pharm. Faculty to do their M.Pharm., under the QIP (AICTE) program.

Special Academic Programmes

The College conducts Scientific Seminars on every Saturday, very regularly involving not only its students and Faculty, but also Experts in Pharmacy from other academic institutions, Universities, Pharmaceutical Industries and Research Organizations.

For M.Pharm. students, in addition to the general seminars, the college regularly arranges 'Extension Lectures' on various topics covering their curricula, by inviting the most experienced Faculty from other Universities and Institutions and also Scientists from R & D, National Scientific Laboratories, such as IICT, CCMB, NIN, R & D or Dr. Reddy's Labs, Natco Research Center, Divis' Research Center, GVK Bioscience, etc.,

It also conducts the Elocution, Quiz and Essay-writing Competition on Scientific and other relevant topics, periodically.

The senior students of B.Pharm. and all the students of M.Pharm. are involved in the preparation of articles covering all the facets of Pharmacy for their presentation as Posters. The Poster Presentation sessions will be organized periodically with in the college and students & faculty are regularly deputed to different Scientific Seminars / Symposia and conferences enabling them to present their work.
